Customers can directly purchase a ticket by following the process described on the website and clicking on the appropriate button to complete the booking (“Place order”).

Payment Methods

We accept common credit cards and PayPal in our online shop.

Cancellation of Payments

If the credit card payment is not honoured or revoked before the activity or service is provided, it will be considered as a cancellation of the booking, and cancellation fees will be due according to our cancellation policy.

Payment on fliagn.com is processed by Mollie Payments, an EU-licensed and regulated payment service provider based in Holland. By using fliagn.com, you also agree to the terms of use of Mollie Payments.

Cancellation/Cancellation Conditions

In case customers wish to change or cancel a booking, we ask them to contact us directly.

Bookings confirmed by appointment cannot be cancelled by providers. In the event that a provider is forced to cancel due to exceptional circumstances, they must inform the customer of fliagn.com immediately. This will enable fliagn.com to potentially assist affected customers in finding a suitable alternative. Although we will do our best, fliagn.com is not obligated to provide or organise an alternative for the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Buyers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of the voucher or ticket within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the buyer or a third party designated by them, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the voucher. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyers must inform us of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the buyer to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
